I saw this kind of note ("this sucks!") in a logbook before. It was
obviously one disgruntled and overheated member of a scout troop, the
members of which were not quite on-board with the concept. Scout
leaders should remember this is non-compulsory.

What an ugly thing to find in a letterbox. Take heart! I'm sure it
wasn't your letterbox that the author was so unhappy with. He/she is
probably generally unhappy with life as a whole.

--I understand your pain, but these people probably don't read this this list. Only a small
% of boxers do. To contact them if they are local to your area you might want to put your
message in a box created just for them. I can't belive an adult would let her kids write
such unkind things in a box.
